Levels of Partnership

Partnership at the Harrelson Center provides unique opportunities for collaboration. Partners achieve their missions with enhanced collective impact. Partnership requires submitting an application, interview, and approval by the Center Board of Directors. Partners abide by the established policies and procedures in the long term sublease or agreement. Benefits of partnership are outlined below.

Full Partnership

• Private office space at below market rate

• Full Partnership sublease agreement

• Paid Utilities - water, sewer, power, gas, trash, &

   recycling

• Building care, security, & maintenance of common areas & grounds

• Parking Deck assignments with sublease & parking rentals

• Marketing & Promotions:

• Partner Enews, Newsletter, Website, Social Media,

  Brochures, & Marketing Collateral

• Main Lobby Display & Building Signage

• Monthly Community & Private Tours

• Speaking Engagements

• Shared conference rooms & courtyard reserved as available

• Acknowledgement at annual luncheon

• Partners Committee with Board Member representing each partner

• Eligibility for Partner of the Year Recognition

• Priority referrals to The Help Hub: a collaborative outreach program that provides assistance with expenses such as rent and utilities, healthcare & transportation costs, eyeglasses, dentist, & resource connections

• Educational & Networking Opportunities

• Opportunities for collaboration with Partners to

   meet community issues & support neighbors

• Volunteer Connections

• Building Directory & Welcome Package

• Collaborative fundraising event

Associate Partnership

• $1,800 per year

• Does not occupy an office space on campus

• Minimum One Year Associate Partnership

   agreement

• Marketing & Promotions:

• Partner Enews, Newsletter, Website, Social Media, Brochures, & Marketing Collateral

• Monthly Community & Private Tours
