Community Partners

The Harrelson Center strives to build community partnerships that benefit our nonprofit partners and the individuals they serve. The following organizations provide support services to the center throughout the year.

We are able to refer one client to him each week. This program has benefited many, including students of Communities in Schools who now see their school work clearly.

  • Mark Steelman Photography

    Mark Steelman Photography

Mark Steelman, a local Wilmington photographer, offers his services to the Harrelson Center once a month so that each partner can benefit from professional photography services. Mark has photographed the Harrelson Center's Thankful Hearts Luncheon for the past three years. We're grateful for his talent and services!

The Help Hub

The Help Hub program helps meet the emergency needs of individuals referred by the center's partner organizations and local churches. These needs are often critical in nature and fall outside of the direct mission of the referring partner. The Help Hub provides consultation to people in need assisting them with financial needs such as emergency shelter, utility and medical bills and transportation as well as connecting them to other community resources.
