Dr. Patton McDowell, of Armstrong McGuire, will be joining us for an open conversation about collectively developing a robust leadership training for local nonprofit leaders to thrive and advocate in the current landscape.
Patton brings 35+ years of experience in strengthening nonprofit impact through leadership, strategic planning, and fundraising. Most of his career has been in Charlotte, but with deep connections in Wilmington—notably from his tenure as Vice Chancellor for University Advancement at UNCW—Patton knows the Cape Fear region.
