Leading from Abundance (LFA) is a series of resilience-focused sessions designed to equip leaders with skills to be more trauma-informed in practice. NHC RTF Director J’Vanete Skiba teaches evidence-based ways to regulate the nervous system. You’ll have opportunities to workshop & operationalize the skills, building a foundation for changing organizational culture.
